NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Chester County Wastewater Recovery

 The Chester Sewer District Commission (the “Commission”), the governing body of the Chester Sewer District (d/b/a Chester County Wastewater Recovery) (“CWR”) will hold an public hearings (the “Hearings”) for the purpose of receiving public input concerning CWR’s proposed Fiscal Year 2020/21 Budget and the User Rate & Fee Increase.  The Hearing will be held during the Commission meeting on Thursday, June 11, 2020, at 6:00 p.m.

The Commission meeting will be held in a virtual environment with members of the Commission and the public participating in the Hearings via electronic means. A copy of the agenda for the Commission meeting will be available on CWR’s website, www.cwr.services, at least 24-hours in advance of the date and time for the meeting. Further information regarding the Hearings may be made available by submitting an email to: yevans@cwr.services.

Individuals wishing to provide written comments for the Hearings may email comments to the Ms. Shica Evans at yevans@cwr.services no later than one hour prior to the scheduled time for the Hearings (5:00 P.M.), and the Chairman will read such comments aloud during the applicable Hearing. Individuals wishing to speak at the public hearing shall sign up with the Ms. Shica Evans at yevans@cwr.services no later than one hour prior to the scheduled time for the Hearings (5:00 P.M.). Ms. Evans shall contact those who wish to speak at the applicable Hearing by phone, in the order the requests were received, to admit them to the respective Hearing. Notwithstanding the electronic format, the Hearings shall be conducted in accordance with all other rules and procedures of the Commission.

CHESTER SEWER DISTRICT (D/B/A) CHESTER WASTEWATER RECOVERY

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Chester Sewer District Commission (the “Commission”), the governing body of the Chester Sewer District (d/b/a Chester Wastewater Recover) (the “District”), beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22nd, 2018. The hearing will be held at The Gateway Conference Center, 3200 Commerce Drive Suite C, Richburg, South Carolina 29729. All persons who attend the public hearing will be given an opportunity to speak.

The purpose of the public hearing will be to allow members of the public to express their views regarding the imposition of customer classifications and rates and charges for wastewater service of the District. Upon their due adoption by the Commission, the customer classifications and rates and charges for wastewater service are anticipated to become effective as of September 1, 2018. CHESTER SEWER DISTRICT (D/B/A CHESTER WASTEWATER RECOVERY)

 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Chester Sewer District Commission (the “Commission”), the governing body of the Chester Sewer District (d/b/a Chester Wastewater Recover) (the “District”), beginning at 6:00 p.m. on July10th, 2018. The hearing will be held at the Richburg Fire Department, which is located at 225 N. Main Street, Richburg, SC 29729. All persons who attend the public hearing will be given an opportunity to speak.

The purpose of the public hearing will be to allow members of the public to express their views regarding the imposition of capital recovery fees, which constitute the initiation of new sewer rates for customers of the District. Upon the due adoption by the Commission, the capital recovery fees are anticipated to take effect on August 1, 2018.
